1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This policy covers our website and web application, and it sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Essential cookies
These keep the service working and cannot be switched off. They sign you in and keep your session secure, remember your tenant, protect against fraud and cross-site request forgery, and balance load across our servers. Without them, pages you have asked for simply would not work, so we do not ask for consent to set them.
3. Preference cookies
These remember choices you make so the site feels less repetitive — your language, whether a banner has been dismissed, and small interface preferences. They are not required to run the service, and losing them only means the site forgets a setting or two.
4. Analytics cookies
If you choose “Accept all”, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the product. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years. Nothing is loaded or set until you accept, and if you later switch to essential only we stop it and remove those cookies. We look at patterns, not people: Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off, and we do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles.
5. No advertising trackers
We do not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies on our marketing site. We would rather earn your trust than follow you around the web.
6. Controlling cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time from our cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — every major browser lets you do this — though blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the application from working.
