Guest card numbers are vaulted and never stored in the clear. Each property’s data is kept separate, and guest records are handled under UK-GDPR.
The diary, the channel manager and the till share the same rooms and the same guests. You update the stay in one place, and a restaurant or bar bill can sit on the same folio.
